Senior Manager, EDT Enterprise Governance (Remote)

Senior Manager leading U.S. execution of Enterprise Data Governance at a medical device manufacturer. Drives adoption of data policies, stewardship standards, and quality governance across business units while managing cross-functional working groups and escalating decisions through governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Onboard assigned domains, confirm Domain Owners and Data Owners, establish steward coverage and close ownership gaps
• Facilitate bi-weekly Domain Working Groups to co-design data definitions, quality rules, and golden-record rules
• Translate enterprise policy and classification standards into domain-level application; prepare decisions for Data Governance Board
• Drive adoption through training, communications, community of practice, and business reviews
• Support M&A data governance integration for U.S. acquisitions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business, or related field
• Minimum 10 years experience in data governance, data management, or business-facing data role
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional working groups and drive adoption without direct authority
• Working knowledge of data ownership, stewardship, classification, and data quality practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior business stakeholders
• Master's degree preferred
• Experience in commercial, finance, or supply chain roles at global manufacturers or medical device companies preferred

Compensation: $155,900–$337,600 USD Annual (by pay band)
