AmLaw Firm seeks to add an IP Trademark Paralegal to their growing team. They are needing someone who can serve as a true trademark subject matter expert—not simply maintain a docket. This role is a combination of high-level trademark prosecution, international portfolio management, and exposure to a broad range of client industries.

Job Details

Requirements:

• 5 + years of Intellectual Property experience supporting large Trademark Portfolios
• Knowledge of USPTO, WIPO, and international trademark rules and procedures
• Proficiency in understanding IP docket and deadlines and maintaining Secondary Docket
• Experience with International trademark filings, renewals, ownership transfers
• Experience with Trademark searches, watch notices, copyright filings, and IP due diligence projects
