Role Description Old Town Entertainment Park is seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing and Event Coordinator based in Kissimmee, FL. The selected candidate will coordinate marketing campaigns, organize events, and help grow the park’s brand presence. Responsibilities include planning and executing events, help to manage social media accounts and website, and collaborating with vendors. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Position Summary We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing & Event Coordinator to support the planning of promotional initiatives, property events and provide support to the marketing team. This role combines marketing strategy with hands‑on event coordination to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and create exceptional experiences for guests. Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, trade shows, conferences, networking events, and community outreach activities Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, and setup Develop event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure successful execution Coordinate event registrations, invitations, and attendee communications Execute monthly staff event schedules Serve as on‑site support during events to ensure smooth operations Conduct post‑event evaluations and reporting Administrative & Team Support Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and external partners Track marketing and event expenses within budget guidelines Maintain organized records of campaigns, vendor contracts, and event materials Assist with additional marketing and administrative projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or related field preferred 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related role Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Working Conditions Evening and weekend work required, including holidays Ability to travel locally for event setup and coordination if needed Ability to lift and transport event materials as needed What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and creative work environment Opportunity to make a direct impact on brand growth and customer engagement #J-18808-Ljbffr Old Town Entertainment Park
