Senior Attorney

Overview Modern Family Law is rapidly expanding and is looking for a hybrid Family Law Senior Associate Attorney to join our Seattle, Bellevue & Everett offices. Responsibilities Adopt and manage a variety of family law cases, such as divorce, custody, and child and spousal support. Communicate directly with clients, draft legal documents, and handle depositions, court appearances, and mediations. Thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while managing multiple responsibilities with attention to detail. Work collaboratively within a team‑oriented setting, ensuring collective success. Qualifications Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience. Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law. Active admission to Washington State Bar. Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client‑focused mindset. Compensation & Benefits $175,000 – $285,880 annually. A $15,000 signing bonus plus relocation package is offered. Base salary plus potential commissions based on billable hours and collections.
