Job Details

Provide client support and technical issue resolution via phone, E-Mail, and other electronic mediums covering MM AMR, AMI from meter reading through to transfer into the customer billing system.
Install and send new releases of company software to client via appropriate channels
Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer or meter reading systems
Configure software to connect to Internet application servers
Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services
Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications as related to company offered systems

Once trained the position will require remote and on-site installation training to customers on company offered systems Support sale of Harmony 'Azure Cloud' & upgrades of DCS to Harmony Support Harmony interfaces, and a variety of technical needs including but not limited to 3Gtechnician.net, DCS, VRS, etc
