Purchasing & Warehouse Coordinator

3D Technology Services, Inc. — Rancho Cordova, CA

We're a growing low-voltage systems integrator specializing in structured cabling, security, fire alarm, AV, and networking across California, Nevada, and Idaho. We need someone who can bring real discipline to our warehouse and purchasing operations, not someone who needs to be told what to do, but someone who already knows how to build and run a tight supply chain from the ground up.

What You'll Own:

• All material purchasing, vendor coordination, and order tracking

• Warehouse organization, labeling, and layout, your space, your system

• Inventory control: receiving, stocking, issuing, cycle counts, and min/max management
• Coordinating material staging and kits for project crews and service techs

• Tracking what goes out, what comes back, and what disappears, then fixing the gap

What We're Looking For:

• Retired Military supply chain, logistics, or warehouse MOS experience strongly preferred (any branch)

• Proven ability to build inventory systems and enforce accountability

• Hands-on, you're not managing from a desk, you're in the warehouse making it work

• Comfortable with purchasing software, spreadsheets, and learning new tools
• Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait for direction

This is a "stock and organize the shelves with support" job to begin with, as we are disorganized. This is a mission-critical role in which your organizational skills directly affect whether our crews have what they need to stay productive in the field.
