This position begins onsite in Harrisburg, PA . Employees who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and attendance may become eligible to transition to remote/work-from-home status.

Position Details

• Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Initial Shift: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
• Location: Harrisburg, PA – onsite to start
• Training: Paid training provided
• Remote Potential: Based on successful training, performance, and attendance
• Start Dates: Upcoming training classes – interviewing now

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with account-related questions while working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls
• Assist with account inquiries, billing, payments, and account updates
• Research customer concerns and provide accurate, professional resolutions
• Navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with customers
• Enter and update account information accurately in real time
• Document customer interactions and actions taken
• De-escalate frustrated callers while maintaining a professional and helpful approach
• Meet established productivity, quality, attendance, and accuracy standards

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will bring a combination of customer service ability, reliability, professionalism, and strong computer skills .

Qualifications include:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Previous call center, contact center, customer support, account services, or high-volume phone experience strongly preferred
• Stable and consistent work history
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and courteous telephone presence
• Comfortable handling back-to-back customer calls
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Accurate data entry and typing skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional when assisting frustrated customers
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to learn and follow established procedures

Remote Work Potential

This is not an immediate work-from-home position .

Customer Service Representatives begin onsite in Harrisburg, PA for training and initial employment. The opportunity to transition to remote work is based on successfully completing training and consistently meeting established performance, quality, productivity, and attendance expectations .

Candidates should be prepared and able to work onsite as required.
