What You'll Do

• Provide, teach, and supervise nursing care for patients at home in a community setting
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community representatives to coordinate care
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust plans accordingly
• Support health maintenance, illness prevention, and rehabilitation efforts
• Document clinical data accurately and communicate effectively with team members
• Exercise independent judgment in day-to-day nursing activities
• Maintain emotional stability in emergency situations and exercise critical thinking skills

What You Need

• Massachusetts RN license
• BLS and DEA certifications
• Minimum 1-year experience in community or home health nursing
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to drive and be flexible with work hours

• Experience supervising others
• Ability to work independently under general guidance
• Willingness to accept on-call responsibilities
