We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to become an essential part of our holistic wellness team. In this role, you will work alongside dedicated professionals, build strong client relationships, and provide therapeutic massage services tailored to each individual’s needs. You’ll benefit from a consistent flow of clients who value your expertise and be supported by a team committed to whole-body wellness and exceptional care. Compensation: • $15 hour period • When you have a massage, you pay an additional $30 plus tip • When you have insurance, a paid-based massage costs an additional $60 Time Requirement: • Sunday 10-4 pm Responsibilities: • Deliver personalized massage therapy sessions that cater to each client's unique needs and preferences. • Collaborate with our wellness team to develop comprehensive care plans that enhance client outcomes. • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients to ensure their comfort and relaxation. • Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and wellness trends through ongoing education and training. • Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster trust and encourage repeat visits. • Document client progress and treatment plans accurately to support their wellness journey. • Promote our wellness services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction. Qualifications: • Experience in delivering personalized massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs. • Ability to collaborate effectively with a wellness team to create comprehensive care plans. • Proven track record of maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients. • Commitment to staying updated on the latest massage techniques and wellness trends. • Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships, fostering trust and repeat visits. • Proficiency in documenting client progress and treatment plans accurately. • Experience in promoting wellness services and products to enhance client satisfaction and experience. Compensation: $50 hourly
