About the Receptionist Role:

As a Receptionist- Evenings/Weekends, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting visitors, patients, and families in a professional and friendly manner

• Handling incoming calls, messages, and emails in a timely and courteous manner

• Maintaining accurate records and databases, including patient information and scheduling appointments

• Assisting with administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and scanning documents

• Providing support to the nursing staff and other departments as needed

Receptionist Requirements:

• Prior experience as a receptionist preferred
