Senior Living Resident Services Counselor

Lifespace Communities is seeking a compassionate Life Plan Counselor to help older adults and their families explore senior living options and plan for changing care needs. In our resident-first, mission-driven community, you’ll listen to individual goals, explain independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services, and guide families through the decision-making process. Partner with collaborative teams to coordinate information, maintain accurate records, and provide respectful, timely follow-up.
