Senior Living Sales Counselor

Lifespace Communities is seeking a Retirement Living Sales Counselor to help older adults and their families explore senior living options. In this resident-first, mission-driven role, you will build relationships, understand each prospect’s needs, explain community services, and guide families through the decision-making process. You will support outreach and follow-up, coordinate visits, and work collaboratively with community teams to create a welcoming experience. Lifespace Communities operates life plan and continuing care communities offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.
