Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current (or eligibility for) state licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or participation in CFY, welcomed
• Experience or strong interest in working pediatrics, especially within school settings
• Commitment to serving students with moderate to severe speech and language needs
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) targeting student-specific goals
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize outcomes
• Provide direct therapy and monitor progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Document all services and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
