Job Description Position Title: Production Worker Wage: $20.53 per hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 3:00pm-11:00pm
QPS Employment Group has a great Production Worker position available at a company in Quincy, IL. This is a 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire. Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing equipment, hoists, and production machinery.
- Load and unload materials and finished products.
- Monitor machine performance and identify defects.
- Make minor adjustments and notify supervisors of issues.
- Complete housekeeping and safety inspections. Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing, industrial, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude required.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and assigned shifts as needed.
- Ability to consistently lift 50-100 pounds. IND118 About us:
