Senior Business Analyst

To enhance the Vertrax Energy product team, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will lead analysis and solution design for distribution and supply chain functionalities in a cloud-based ERP environment, working remotely while collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead analysis and discovery for complex business scenarios and product requirements with customers and stakeholders Own the design of new features, including functional specifications and process flows, while assessing business impact and integration risks Coordinate implementation details and maintain traceability of requirements to ensure alignment with business outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered 5+ years of experience in business or system analysis, including ownership of complex initiatives and functional specifications 4+ years of experience in distribution domains such as Supply Chain, Sales, or Inventory Management Demonstrated ability to lead the requirements lifecycle from discovery through to release Experience working with developers and quality teams, including coordinating acceptance testing and validating functionality
