Communications Specialist

Deceuninck North America is a fully integrated design, compounding, tooling, and PVC extrusion company that produces energy-efficient vinyl window and door systems for the building, remodeling and construction industry. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Communications Specialist to support internal and external communications across Deceuninck North America. This hands-on role will work closely with Marketing, Human Resources, Sales, Product Engineering, and other teams to develop clear, consistent, and engaging communications for employees, customers, and other key audiences. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with experience in digital content, social media, and graphic design. Key Responsibilities Write, edit, and distribute company announcements, employee updates, customer bulletins, newsletters, and email campaigns Help maintain a consistent company voice, messaging, and brand across communication channe Manage updates and edits to the company website Create and maintain landing pages for products, campaigns, and events Develop, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram Monitor social performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement Design marketing and communication materials including digital graphics, brochures, signage, presentations, sales tools, and internal communications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field 5-7 years of experience in a communications, marketing or creative role Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems Working knowledge of social media tools and trends Portfolio or work samples demonstrating relevant writing, digital, or design experience Nice-to-Haves: Experience with basic video editing (Premiere Pro or Canva) Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, email marketing platforms, or SEO best practices Manufacturing or B2B industry experience What You’ll Gain An opportunity to help shape and grow our in-house communications capabilities A collaborative, purpose-driven team that values innovation and quality Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and career growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Deceuninck North America, LLC
