Quality Control SpecialistThe Quality Control Specialist receives, inspects, folds, and counts finished garments from the end of the conveyor at the completion of the curing cycle. The QC Specialist also verifies accuracy of finished embroidered and transferred garments. The QC Specialist reports directly to the ProPrint Manager.Abilities RequiredBe able to lift up to 50lbs.Clear handwriting skills.Basic math skills and ability to count and retain numerical information.Read & understand EnglishBe familiar with industry language and terminology.Basic computer navigation skills.Ability to effectively and comfortably lead and communicate with co-workers.Extreme attention to detail and expert organizational skills.Be comfortable on your feet for the duration of your shift.Specific ResponsibilitiesCheck dryer temperature setting to ensure proper ink curing depending on the type of ink, garment, etc.Approve Press Operator test prints prior to productionReceives, inspects, folds, and counts finished garments from the end of the conveyor at the completion of the curing cycle.Inspect & remove print imperfections from garments (spot gun cleaning)Ensure finished boxes are moved to correct locations.Key Performance IndicatorsConsistently showing up for work on time and putting in extra time when requiredMaintaining 100% accuracy on ordersFolding and packing garments with a Retail/Showroom "WOW" effect
