Community Relations Representative

Responsibilities Serve as the primary in‑person and virtual contact for residents, managing all communications and inquiries via the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Facilitate seamless move‑in and move‑out experiences, including paperwork, identification checks, and resident questions. Respond to portfolio tasks and calls through Funnel, meeting required response times and company standards. Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the assigned community portfolio and collaborate with the Community Management Team to support operations and customer satisfaction targets. Assist with organizing resident events, posting notices, and other occasional on‑site duties. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws, including Fair Housing, Landlord‑Tenant regulations, OSHA, and EEOC. Attend the office five days per week, with weekend coverage as required, and maintain consistent, timely attendance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. One year of customer service experience preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with property management or CRM software. Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills; able to work independently and collaboratively in a high‑volume hub environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Strong working knowledge of English. Should be able to use a personal smart device for property‑related apps. Benefits Competitive hourly salary, $26.92–$31.25 per hour. Health, dental, and vision insurance.
