Pay: $48,200.00 - $158,700.00 annually

Schedule: 5 days work week, 2 days off with a rotating work schedule

Department Hours: Mon Sat: 9am - 8pm and Sun: 10am - 7pm

What You'll Do

• Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchase and leasing process.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic.
• Achieve individual sales, customer satisfaction, and dealership performance goals.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of retail sales, customer service or automotive sales experience.
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The annual California pay range for this position is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and/or bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
