Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will oversee marketing activities for Louisiana Dental Implant Lab, Vortex, and Dr. Danny Domingue's practice. This role is responsible for building brand awareness, managing and growing social media platforms, and supporting campaigns that drive visibility and engagement across all three companies. The position will also play a key role in tracking and reporting marketing performance. I, Marissa Bellard, HR and Accounting, will provide support as needed. However, the Marketing Coordinator will report directly to Dr. Danny Domingue. Job Responsibilities Content Creation and Brand Development Create and schedule consistent, high quality content for all three brands Capture original photos and videos of products, processes, and team activity during regular on site visits Develop promotional materials and educational content to support business goals Maintain a clear and consistent brand identity for each company Social Media and Digital Marketing Manage posting schedules for Instagram both @ladentalimplantlab and @drdannydomingue, Facebook for @ladentalimplantlab, and View email address on click.appcast.io Create and launch a new TikTok account and develop a strategy to build a following for both @ladentalimplantlab and @drdannydomingue Develop engaging posts that highlight services, products, and company culture Monitor engagement and analyze performance to identify opportunities for improvement Support the growth of followers, reach, and interaction across all platforms Campaigns and Promotions Plan and support product launches, special promotions, and marketing campaigns Coordinate giveaways, collaborations, and outreach to increase visibility Work closely with leadership to align campaigns with business objectives Website and Email Marketing Assist with maintaining website content for each brand Support email campaigns and newsletters to customers, partners, and clients Tracking and Reporting Track marketing performance across all platforms including follower growth, engagement levels, reach, and campaign results Report growth and performance updates directly to Dr. Danny Domingue Provide simple and clear reporting that reflects progress and results Collaboration and Strategy Work closely with leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts support company goals Participate in planning meetings to provide marketing updates and insights Offer creative input and recommendations for future initiatives Bonus Goal Expectations Manage Meta for Business Suite for both @ladentalimplantlab and @drdannydomingue Work toward achieving verified status for both profiles Become familiar with Meta for Business resources including Account Support, Help Center, Partners, and Blueprint Current follower counts are @drdannydomingue 10.5k and @ladentalimplantlab 891 Create daily Reels and Stories to increase customer awareness and promote education Realistic goals for the first year are a combined total of 50,000 followers across both profiles Coordinate with Brooke Ramsey at Meta to help with account management once eligible for services Application Deadline: September 07, 2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr @ Louisiana Dental Implant Lab
