Location: Eliot, ME
Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time Considered
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift | No Nights | No Weekends
Work Setting: In Person

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient clinic in Eliot, Maine. This opportunity offers a patient-focused environment where therapists treat one patient at a time for the full session , allowing you to provide personalized care without juggling multiple patients.

Schedule

- Monday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Monday–Friday
- Day shift
- No nights
- No weekends

Responsibilities

- Evaluate patients and identify their goals and treatment needs
- Develop and provide personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Improve patients' strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and function
- Use hands-on manual therapy and functional movement techniques
- Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation
- Provide cost-effective treatment and alternatives to surgery when appropriate
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Promote healthy lifestyles and long-term functional outcomes
- Maintain professional standards and current knowledge of treatment practices

Requirements

- Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy
- Current Physical Therapy license
- CPR certification
- Strong patient-care and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
- Commitment to evidence-based and patient-centered care
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Therapists of all experience levels will be considered
