Our ideal teammate checks these boxes: Credentials: Valid California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing. Safety First: Current BLS/CPR certification. Tech-Savvy: Strong knowledge of modern dental equipment and a willingness to learn (Laser certification is a plus, but we will train you!).
