Registered Dental Hygienist (Temp-to-Hire)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in a temp-to-hire opportunity beginning June 29th. This position is expected to last approximately 3 months, with strong potential to transition into a permanent full-time role for the right candidate.
Our office is looking for someone who is patient-focused, dependable, and committed to providing excellent clinical care while creating a positive experience for every patient.
Schedule- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Every other Friday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
- Fridays are optional
- Provide preventive dental hygiene care and periodontal therapy
- Perform dental cleanings, charting, and patient assessments
- Take digital x-rays as needed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment recommendations
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes
- Support the doctor and team in delivering exceptional patient care
- Follow all OSHA and infection control protocols
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Current local anesthesia certification (if applicable by state)
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with digital charts and x-rays preferred
