- Interface with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain and external Formulation/
- CMO/ Testing Lab /CRO partners for project developments.
- Formulate rinse-off, leave-on, OTC, Rx, Medical Device products in various product forms.
- Core knowledge of ingredients uses, processes, and substitutions.
- Core knowledge of stability of formulations to ensure robust product quality and aesthetics.
- Perform and assess stability studies and create stability reports.
- Manage timeline executions with limited supervisions.
- Maintain clean and safe laboratory environment.
- Maintain lab supplies and laboratory equipments.
- Understands global regulatory requirements, follows and meets ZO brand values and ingredient policies.
