Responsibilities You're proficient in proper baking technique and skills. Follow recipes accurately and completely. Quick on your feet in the kitchen and work with a strong sense of purpose. Use a variety of kitchen tools and equipment such as stand mixers, convection/deck ovens, cutting tools, rolling pins, lames, electric scales. You are punctual. Must have a positive and professional attitude towards everyone, and always willing to help your team. Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas, adhering to sanitation/health regulations and company policy. Experience requires demonstrated pastry or baking credentials and professional kitchen experience.
