NorthStar Memorial Group is looking for a Licensed Funeral Director to join the Miami Region . The Funeral Director will provide exceptional, compassionate service to families across two Memorial Plan locations Branam Funeral Home in Homestead and Memorial Plan Westchester in Miami.
This role offers a balanced weekly rotation of 2 days at Branam and 3 days at Westchester . Working Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM , the Funeral Director will support every stage of the funeral process with professionalism and attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Provide a source of support, guidance, and direction to families before, during, and after the loss of a loved one
- Coordinate, assist, and carry out all aspects of a funeral service and final memorialization
- Adhere to all professional, municipal, state, and federal licensing regulations and rules applicable to the funeral service profession
- Ensure that all federal, state, and local regulations related to the funeral industry are followed
Qualifications
- Licensed Funeral Director in Florida or possess the ability to reciprocate.
- Have excellent communication skills, integrity, and an innate passion for serving others.
- Be a motivated self-starter with a team player mentality.
- Possess a high level of customer service skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) a plus.
Compensation
- $27-30/hr. commensurate with experience and licensure
