Handyman/ Carpenter

Job Description Job Description We are looking for a reliable, skilled Handyman/ Carpenter to perform essential upkeep tasks for our customers. The position requires skills in various areas including painting, carpentry, appliance installation and sheetrock work. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential for this job and the ideal candidate will have significant work experience and solid technical knowledge. Ideal candidates should also have good manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for this work. Duties and Responsibilities -Perform renovations for customers looking to improve their property. -Install appliances and fixtures as needed -Perform minor fixes, such as broken locks/door handles, damage to sheetrock, etc. -Perform carpentry work -Complete regular maintenance task -Perform necessary cleaning of worksite Maintenance Technician Requirements/ Qualifications -High school diploma or equivalent -Must be able to pass a background check as well as drug screen -Proven experience as a maintenance technician is preferred -Applicant must possess skills in various areas including carpentry, painting and general handyman work. -Basic working knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing and electrical systems is preferred. -Experience with power tools, including hand tools and electrical tools. -Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Creative problem solving What We Offer -401K retirement program -Medical insurance compensation -Monday-Friday work week, no weekends or holidays -8 hour work day -Paid vacation after specified service time.
