We are partnered with a premier, locally owned HVAC company that has been in business 30+ Years with 25+ employees proudly serving Western Colorado. We are actively looking for a seasoned, highly autonomous  Residential HVAC Service Technician to act as the face of our company in the field.

We don't want to micromanage you, and we don't want to train you on the basics. We are looking for a true "do-it-all" professional who can be handed a work order, drive to the client's home, accurately diagnose the issue, and communicate the solution with confidence and professionalism. If you are a veteran technician looking for a shop that respects your time, your trade, and rewards your expertise, we want to talk to you.

• Half-Day Fridays!Work Monday–Thursday from 7am to 4pm with often times half-day on fridays (Finish by 12pm unless there is an important service call) so you can start your weekend early.

The Role - what you do day-to-day:

• Diagnose & Repair: Autonomously troubleshoot and repair furnaces, forced-air units, and complex ventilation systems optimized for cold-weather environments.
• On-Call Rotation: Participate in our rotating "on-call" schedule to support our residential emergency service program.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on HVAC service and repair experience (We pay competitively based on experience)
• Knowledge: Deep, independent understanding of cold-climate forced-air systems. You should be a seasoned pro who doesn't need to be micromanaged.
• Requirements: A valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record.
