Full-time Regular Cary, NC, US 6 days ago Requisition ID: 1174 Wake Orthopedics a multi-specialty orthopaedic group with multiple locations in Wake County, NC is seeking a Patient Services Representative to fill a full-time position, in our Cary office location working front desk. We offer a unique work environment promoting personal and professional growth. We offer the highest quality care for pediatric and adult patients. Our practices provide a full range of orthopaedic services including advanced diagnostic imaging, innovative treatment options, minimally invasive and traditional procedures, and rehabilitation services. Whether it be recovering from a broken bone, joint replacement surgery, a sports injury or a fracture – our goal is to get patients back to doing the things they love. Benefits Weekly Pay PTO Buyback: Sell your PTO for cash at the end of the year 100% employer paid health insurance: $0 premium base plan Primary Duties and Responsibilities will include: Communicate with the patient in a professional and compassionate manner. Greet patients and check them in for their appointment. Register patient in EHR including insurance verification. Schedule patient appointments based on provider availability and preference. Collect monies owed such as co-pays and balances. Communicate with billing staff as needed to ensure patient’s financial impact is accurate. Communicate with clinical staff as needed to ensure patient medical questions are answered timely. Document accurately within our EHR, Epic.
