Sales Engineer (Fully Remote)Location:The ideal candidate will be located in South Central portion of the U.S. near a major airport.Compensation:The compensation will consist of base salary commensurate with experience + Uncapped Commission + Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision + 401k and match + Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) + car allowance + laptop + cell phone allowance.Opportunity Summary:We are excited to be partnering with a 100% employee owned company specializing in the custom design and manufacturing of capital equipment used in high temperature and corrosive industrial applications (e.g., Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Catalyst Baskets, etc.) in their search for a fully remote Sales Engineer in the South Central portion of the U.S.. This role is responsible for nitric acid producers globally, local coverage, and the development of clients within the geography covered. This role is key in driving revenue growth by identifying and developing business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing technical expertise in our range of high-performance alloys. The company culture fosters a collaborative work environment where employees work together towards a common goal, and are rewarded for achieving results through the company profit sharing program.Job Duties:Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence within the nitric acid and assigned geography.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including plant engineers, project managers, and procurement specialists.Technical Expertise: Leverage a deep understanding of alloy materials, corrosion resistance, and industry-specific challenges to provide technical solutions that address client needs.Solution Selling: Guide clients through company's product offerings, demonstrating the benefits of our solutions for their applications.Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product development, and production teams to align customer needs with company's capabilities and production schedules.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Material Science, or a related technical field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in the chemical, nitric acid, or metals/alloys industries.Proven success in a sales role, with experience in solution-based and consultative sales.Strong understanding of the nitric acid industry and the applications of high-performance alloys.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.Ability to travel within North America and Globally when required.Keywords: Sales Engineer, South Central portion of the U.S., High Temperature Applications, Alloy Metals, Catalyst Baskets, Nitric Acid, Custom Metal FabricationHow to Express Interest - Click the Apply button and follow the online instructions.
