Sales Engineering Manager

Leading a team of sales engineers in a fully remote environment, the Sales Engineering Manager will develop new sales engineering programs, integrate closely with sales pods, and enhance technical excellence while driving growth and collaboration across the organization. Key responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of sales engineers, establishing standards for performance and excellence Build new sales engineering programs and product lines to showcase the expanded product portfolio Channel technical feedback from customer interactions to product engineering teams to inform product direction Required qualifications: Deep understanding of the sales engineer or solutions engineer role, particularly in the context of data science or AI products Proven experience managing and developing technical teams with a focus on high-performance cultures Track record of building new programs or go-to-market strategies from the ground up Experience managing complex cross-functional relationships between technical and commercial teams Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
