Sales Engineering ManagerCustom CNC job shop in Menomonee Falls is looking to hire an experienced Sales Engineering Manager in the $120K-$140K range. This is a direct hire, salaried position. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in the specialty machining industry, quoting, sales, and being a technical liaison between the company and its customers.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SALES ENGINEERING MANAGER:Cultivate new customers and build relationships with the existing customer baseTravel to customer sites, including occasional international travelFollow up on customer concernsCoordinate timely completion of customer quotes and follow up on themDevelop the sales engineering data to adapt company products to customer requirementsMonitor pricing strategy in the marketplaceKeep company pipeline loaded at top capacityEnsure that new orders are accurate in price, lead time, print revisions, and material requirementsDevelop and give direction to employees in the sales departmentComplete performance evaluationsResponsible for the maintenance of sales forecasts and budgetsRecommend customer stocking programsManage all marketing initiatives including the company website, LinkedIn, FacebookRequirements:10+ years in metals machining, engineering, and salesExperience with Babbitt BearingsAbility to read prints and quote productProven sales record and progressive growth in engineering salesCustomer service orientedBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing is preferredBenefits: Health, Dental, Holiday PTO, 401K
