In Home Sales Rep/Design Consultant - Bathroom Remodeling

Position: In-Home Sales Representative - Orange County As the In-Home Design Consultant, you will be designing and selling shower and bath renovations to our customers. Our sales team earns from $150,000 to $350,000 per year running pre-set leads. Your only focus will be selling. This is a W2 employee position, not a 1099 role. You will run two appointments per day and close a minimum of 2-3 sales per week. 85% of our appointments you are given will sit. While this job is not for everybody, everybody can learn how to master it. The products and installation techniques that we use as a company are the absolute best in the industry and our sales commission structure is the best in the industry. If you believe you can sell, and are willing to learn our products and sales techniques you can and will be successful. We are looking for professional salespeople who genuinely listen, identify customer needs, build trust, and help homeowners to understand why Shugarman’s Bath is the best decision for their home. You will learn to connect, engage, and be confident in asking for the business that day, turning each appointment into a closed sale. Licensing Requirement: Our sales team must hold a Home Improvement Salesperson License. If you don’t currently have one, that’s okay — you must be able to obtain it. We’ll cover the application cost. A fingerprint and background check will be required by the CSLB. Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs, such as product samples or demonstration materials. Ability to use iPads and tape measure during appointments. Ability to drive to multiple appointments per day.
