Studio Chief of Staff & Operations Strategist

Studio PCH is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the Principal in helping lead the daily operations, priorities, and coordination of the studio, working closely with the Director of Operations. Studio PCH is a Venice-based boutique architecture and interior design firm specializing in timeless hospitality, residential, and interiors-driven projects. Our work is collaborative, design-led, and deeply detail-oriented, with a California sensibility and a refined global perspective. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecture, interior design, studio operations, or project management, and will be comfortable supporting leadership while helping coordinate staffing, workflow, communication, hiring support, and strategic initiatives across the practice. Responsibilities Support the Principal with studio priorities and execution Coordinate workflow, resourcing, and team communication Track action items and improve follow-through across the studio Help refine systems, internal processes, and operational structure Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and organizational planning Contribute to a professional, efficient, and design-focused studio culture Qualifications 7–12+ years of relevant experience Prior experience in an architecture, interiors, or creative studio strongly preferred Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving ability Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Proximity to Los Angeles (Venice) preferred Please send your resume, portfolio or applicable materials, and a brief introduction to View email address on click.appcast.io . #J-18808-Ljbffr Archinect
