About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of IT to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to protect critical infrastructure systems. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for defining and executing the enterprise technology strategy to support the company's rapid global growth. This includes owning the IT strategy, architecture, and technology roadmap, as well as designing an IT operating model that can scale to a large, global workforce. The VP of IT will also be tasked with leading the company's approach to AI adoption, ensuring digital capabilities are in line with the organization's needs, and building a global IT support and service management framework. Applicants for the VP of IT position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in IT or business technology, with at least 5-7 years in senior IT leadership. The role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in scaling IT functions, particularly in the context of significant headcount growth. Experience in M&A IT integration, business platform ownership, and global support and service delivery is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in a software, SaaS, or technology-vendor environment, with a preference for those who have operated in compliance regimes such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2. The role demands a professional who can operate as a business leader, actively participating in strategic decision-making, and who is comfortable partnering with a CISO in a security-focused environment.
