Maintenance Technician

Position Overview


The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations.


Duties & Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Install, maintain, and adjust production machinery and facility systems.
• Complete equipment repairs, changeovers, and operational testing.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Perform basic building maintenance as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records and support a safe work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, motors, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work around production equipment.
