At Over The Rainbow Child Development Center, we are more than a childcare centerwe are a family-owned early childhood program dedicated to creating emotionally safe, engaging, and joyful classrooms for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old.

We are currently looking for a caring, dependable, and professional Teacher Assistant to join our Toddler and Preschool classrooms.

What Youll Do

• Help create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Support childrens social, emotional, and developmental growth
• Engage children through play, conversation, and hands-on learning
• Assist Lead Teachers with daily classroom activities and routines
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional classroom
• Encourage confidence, independence, and kindness in children
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive teaching team

Qualifications:

• More than 1 year of childcare experience
• Strong communication and classroom engagement skills
• Reliable attendance and professionalism
• Genuine passion for early childhood education
• Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday
