Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance available 7 Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Job growth potential Job Duties: Supervise, train, direct and assist Goodwill Employees Comply with company policies, procedures, safety practices, and enforce laws and regulations Prepare and coordinate cleaning schedules to meet contracts operational needs Ensure all janitorial supplies and equipment are ordered in a timely manner Maintain regular customer communication and respond to concerns and service requests Maintain accurate records, log notes, employee files, reports and correspondence as required Fill in during staff absences to ensure all cleaning requirements are met All other duties as assigned Basic Requirements: You must be at least 21 years old High School diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of janitorial experience, with at least 1 yr supervisory or team lead role Pass background check and drug screen Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Computer proficiency in scheduling, reporting and communication tasks Have a valid Ohio driver’s license with clean driving record (Will be driving company car) Work outside in inclement weather Stand, climb stairs, and walk long distances for 2 hours Bend, twist, stoop, squat, reach, lift 35 pounds.
