Job Summary:

HireCare Services — Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Haverhill, MA. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medications, and treatments, in accordance with established standards and policies

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered care and optimal outcomes

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address patient needs, improve patient flow, and reduce readmissions

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of evidence-based practices and policies

• Maintain accurate and timely records, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Massachusetts

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients, as needed

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
