Responsibilities
- Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes
- Perform CT procedures and related imaging, including general radiography and fluoroscopy as needed
- Position patients, select appropriate protocols, and adjust equipment to optimize image quality
- Ensure patient safety and apply ALARA principles; monitor for adverse reactions and manage contrast media per protocol
- Verify patient identity, document procedures, and communicate findings with radiologists or interpreting physicians
- Maintain equipment readiness, perform basic quality control, and comply with department policies and safety standards

Requirements
- Active radiologic technologist license (per state regulations) or eligibility
- CT imaging certification (ARRT-CT) preferred or as required by licensure
- Experience with CT imaging and general radiography; familiarity with fluoroscopy is advantageous
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts in a travel assignment (5x8 schedule)
- Strong patient care, communication, and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of radiation safety, infection control, and imaging workflow best practices
