Job Title: HR Coordinator
Type of Role: Direct Hire
Shift / Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: $24.00 per hour
Location: Southeast San Antonio, TX
Position Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Analyst / HR Coordinator to provide support across a variety of Human Resources functions. This role will assist with employee onboarding, HR documentation, reporting, compliance activities, employee support, and day-to-day administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting HR operations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor training completion and maintain employee development records
• Provide administrative assistance to support overall HR department operations
• Conduct periodic reviews of employee records to maintain compliance and data accuracy
• Maintain and update employee files, HR systems, and internal records to ensure accuracy
• Support employee relations activities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Partner with leadership teams on HR initiatives, workforce needs, and process improvements
• Compile and review HR data related to attendance, staffing levels, turnover, and workforce trends
• Assist employees with general HR questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefit programs
• Help ensure HR practices align with company policies, employment regulations, and compliance standards
• Manage employee changes including promotions, transfers, status updates, and separation documentation
• Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire paperwork, orientations, and employment documentation
• Assist with recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting hiring activities

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience using HRIS platforms and generating reports preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related HR support role
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Understanding of HR processes, employment practices, and compliance requirements
• Experience working in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred
