This is a unique opportunity to train alongside one of our experienced craftsmen before his upcoming retirement, ensuring a smooth transition and setting you up for long-term success. Unlike traditional masonry work, you'll work indoors year-round in our fabrication shop constructing ovens for custom industrial furnaces and thermal processing equipment used by manufacturers throughout the world. What You'll Do Install refractory brick and related materials in industrial furnace assemblies Measure, cut, fit, and lay refractory brick to precise specifications Read blueprints and fabrication drawings Work closely with experienced fabricators and welders Produce high-quality work with pride in craftsmanship
