What you need to succeed in this role 2 to 3 years sales management experience in the salon/spa, or retail industry Driving membership conversion, retention and providing ongoing training to the front desk team. Ability to adapt to different types of personalities in a professional and courteous way Ability to coach a sales team and hitting sales goals, guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care treatments Strong and clear communication skills Conduct interviews for potential new hires and make recommendations for selection Maintain a clean and organized spa Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training to ensure high-quality service delivery What’s in it for you? $45,000- $54,000 base salary Bonuses and Commission to be discussed Opportunity to grow a new spa!
