UI/UX Researcher & Designer - Canada (Fully Remote)
Intelerad
- Plan and lead qualitative and quantitative UX research across the product lifecycle.
- Synthesize data into personas, journey maps, and actionable insights that influence roadmap.
Design:
- Own interface design from concept to release, producing wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specs.
- Drive design standards and guide developers through UI decisions during implementation.
- Build trust with users through empathy and facilitation to understand goals and workflows.
- Present findings to engineers and leadership, and mentor less experienced designers.
