UI/UX Researcher and Designer

To shape user interactions with medical imaging products, the full-time UI/UX Researcher and Designer will independently manage research and design processes, collaborating with product managers and developers to create intuitive experiences grounded in user research. Key Responsibilities Plan and lead qualitative and quantitative UX research to identify opportunities and shape product direction Design intuitive interfaces from concept to release, producing wireframes, prototypes, and specifications Present design and research findings to diverse audiences, facilitating alignment and quality through critique sessions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or a related field 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design and UX research with a strong portfolio Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and conducting user research Strong knowledge of HCI principles and design best practices
