Pay Rate:Open/Market Rate (W2 ONLY)

Hybrid: MUST work ONSITE 4 days each week and 1 day remote (Must be LOCAL or willing to RELOCATE at your own expense)

Senior Technical Project Manager will Lead the execution and orchestration of AI initiatives within the AI Transformation Hub, guiding projects from Proof of Concept through pilot and into production deployment in alignment with enterprise governance, IT standards, and business priorities. This role serves as the primary coordination point across business owners, IT, data teams, and solution partners to ensure AI initiatives progress through defined lifecycle stages with appropriate readiness, transparency, and risk management. The Project Leader operates within the AI Transformation Hub Control Tower, executing established standards and governance, enabling informed decision-making, delivery discipline, and successful operational transition of AI solutions.

Experience managing agentic AI initiatives or moving agentic AI solutions from Proof of Concept through production is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

45% - AI Initiative Life-cycle Coordination:

• Develop and maintain project charters, milestones, success criteria based on approved business objectives and governance direction.

• Facilitate cross-functional alignment to support timely progression through governance and delivery checkpoints.

• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues through established AI Transformation Hub Control Tower and governance channels.

Coordinate AI initiatives sponsored or governed through the AI Transformation Hub across defined lifecycle phases:

• Opportunity intake and qualification in accordance with AI Transformation Hub strategy, governance criteria, and prioritization direction

• Proof of Concept (PoC) planning and execution

• Pilot validation and readiness assessment

• Production release preparation and operational transition

30% - Cross-Functional Integration & Control Tower Execution:

• Coordinate schedules, dependencies, and hand-offs across organizational boundaries.

• Maintain visibility of initiative status, risks, and outcomes for leadership within the AI Transformation Hub.

• Ensure initiatives align with enterprise architecture, data governance, and IT delivery standards as applied within the Hub.

Serve as the integration lead between:

• Business owners and process stakeholders, including IT, data, platform, and security teams

• AI/ML solution teams and external partners

15% - Production Readiness & Operational Transition Support:

• Confirm that required approvals and acceptance criteria are met prior to production release.

• Support post-deployment reviews to assess adoption, performance, and lessons learned

Coordinate production readiness activities for AI Transformation Hub initiatives in partnership with IT and operations teams, including:

• Model validation inputs and performance monitoring plans

• Data pipeline ownership alignment

• Security, compliance, and risk review preparation

• Operational support and sustainment handoff planning

10% - Strategic Contribution & Capability Development:

• Contribute input and lessons learned to the evolution of AI Transformation Hub delivery standards, lifecycle frameworks, and execution best practices.

• Share insights and lessons learned to improve Control Tower execution effectiveness across the Hub.

• Provide execution guidance within assigned initiatives to ensure consistent application of AI Transformation Hub lifecycle standards and governance expectations.

• Represent North America execution perspectives in global AI coordination activities, including collaboration with Japan as applicable

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• 7+ years of experience managing all phases of the project lifecycle for digital transformation initiatives.

• Managed digital transformation initiatives by redesigning existing workflows and implementing agentic AI solutions.

• Experience with Managing AI initiatives from Proof of Concept through production

• Strong understanding of AI solution life-cycles and enterprise delivery processes

• Experience managing project scope, plans, deliverable and budgets

• Experience using Project Mgmt tools - Word, Excel, PPT, Jira, MS Project, and MS Teams

• Managed projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies and processes.

• Managed cross-functional initiatives involving business, IT, and technical teams.

• Experience supporting the transition of solutions from pilot or experimental phases into production environments

• Ability to translate business objectives into structured execution plans

• Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate with AI, data, and IT teams (hands-on development not required)

• Strong stakeholder coordination and influence skills

• Structured risk identification, issue management, and escalation capability

• Senior leader and executive facing communication and facilitation skills

• Ability to operate effectively within enterprise governance and control frameworks

• High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive data and intellectual property

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Managing AGENTIC AI initiatives or moving AGENTIC AI solutions from Proof of Concept through production.

• PMP Certified
