Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to existing policyholders by answering questions and processing policy changes. Needs Analysis: Help clients identify their insurance needs and explain coverage options (Auto, Home, Life, etc.). Lead Management: Follow up with warm leads and schedule appointments for the Agent. Office Support: Maintain accurate electronic records and assist with daily administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. What We're Looking For Communication Skills: You are a "people person" with a friendly, professional phone presence. Organization: You can multitask without letting details slip through the cracks. License Requirements: Ability to obtain (or currently hold) Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses. (We can discuss licensing support for the right candidate!)
