Vice President of Operations

The Vice President of Operations will be a senior executive responsible for scaling a highly technical manufacturing organization and building the infrastructure required for continued growth. This leader will oversee manufacturing, engineering, facilities, quality, supply chain, and operational development while working closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. The VP will lead facility expansion, equipment acquisition, construction projects, production scale-up, and team growth , with a focus on increasing manufacturing capacity and supporting revenue growth. This position is also expected to evolve into a Chief Operating Officer (COO) role as the company continues to grow. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Operations, or a related technical field ; MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations leadership experience. Proven experience expanding manufacturing facilities , increasing production capacity, and supporting revenue growth. Experience managing facility expansions, construction teams, capital projects, and equipment acquisition . Experience recruiting and developing engineering, manufacturing, and operational teams. Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning . Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Quality . Strong executive leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Preferred Experience: Experience in nuclear, aerospace, defense, semiconductor, advanced materials, specialty chemicals, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments. Experience scaling a smaller or mid-sized technical manufacturing organization. Experience transitioning R&D technologies into commercial production. MBA or advanced business degree. #J-18808-Ljbffr
