Required Skills:

• Valid dental license with endodontic specialty certification
• Proficiency in performing standard endodontic procedures (root canals, retreatments, etc.)
• Experience with Rotary WaveOne System (or willingness to learn)
• Comfortable managing a flexible caseload and adapting to patient needs
• Strong attention to detail and excellent clinical skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Open Dental EMR system
• Familiarity with alternative root canal systems and techniques
• Ability to operate efficiently in a busy clinical environment
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach

Preferred Education and Experience:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Recent graduates welcomed and encouraged to apply
• Prior endodontic experience preferred but not mandatory for new grads

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work 4-5 days per week, 8-hour days, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
• Open to candidates willing to commute or travel; travel expenses considered on a case-by-case basis
• Credentialing process typically takes approximately 6 weeks
• Ability to work in a clinic with 3 operatories, handling standard endodontic case mix
