If your answer is yes, then we have the perfect job for you! Essential Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to all patrons while on property. Manage daily golf operations in the Golf Shop. Maintain a positive image while on and off property and throughout the community. Provide private golf instruction to both members and guests. Be part of a team‑oriented culture with an eagerness to learn and develop. Ensure all staff is adhering to all policies and procedures while at the facility. Responsible for inventory controls, checking‑in of merchandise in accordance with procedures, organization of storage and display areas. Follow proper cash handling procedures and ensure all revenue and rounds are captured. Help organize and execute member programs as well as corporate outings. Coordinate and communicate with other departments regarding golf activities and employee matters. Benefits: PGA Dues: the assistant golf professional will have their annual member dues paid in full.
